Wellness Coaching – what is wellness coaching?

 I would describe Wellness Coaching as helping others to discover their ‘best selves’
As a Coach our role is to help you the individual identify their personal reasons for pursuing greater wellness and be on hand to enhance motivation for behavioural change

Wellness Coaching draws on evidence-based strategies from within traditional life coaching, lifestyle fitness coaching, sound nutrition and exercise, stress management and green living.
