Recently fish oil has come under fire and some are claiming that it could be harmful is place of helpful

As in most things you need to take the quality of the product, the quantity of the product and the person taking the product into account


Most sensible people realize that knowledge is power, that being informed of the pros and cons allows you to make the best choice possible
