Train early, eat Paleo and take an hour all for your self!

Through living the life as well as offering the Coaching [Wellness and Paleo Lifestyle coaching] I find it very interesting how my exercise / workout habits have changed over the years. In the 80’s as a younger fitness professional! as well as an International bodybuilder / powerlifter my routines where all about being able to pull / push more day in and day out, it was all about putting more weight on the bar. Following my last international competition [over 20 odd years ago] I did a 360 turn and left the gym behind me to find something else that would work me out but not be so compressive on all of my structures. I wanted my body to be the only workout machine I would ever need and so I worked on developing a system of bodyweight movements that would not only challenge me but would create flow and space in my body as well. EAT LESS RATHER THAN EXERCISE MORE !

You are what you eat !  Up to August 8 th 2014, I had covered approx., 2000k on my bike [cycle] between training and participating in sportives organized throughout Ireland. Between cycling I would have participated in HIIT training several times per week incorporating Kettlebell and suspension training - Pilates and fascial stretching would have factored several times per week as well. At that time while not consuming high carbs I would have been loading on the long [100k plus] days.  My weight never changed in fact after some of my sportives I looked more bloated from the high sugar gels etc. that I would have consumed [inflamed] Forced to stop In August I had a car crash and things changed drastically for me, moving was an issue never mind training. So as a Wellness Coach I became my own client and had to take myself in hand and work with myself physically, emotionally and spiritually I had to take a 360 degree look at how I was going to manage goin...

Sitting is it killing you !
