WELLNESS COACHING

We survived !!!!

TOTAL CORE & BARRE COURSE Well we did it; we survived the two most intense days. It was fun but it was tough and I have seen my wonderful colleague in a very different light!!! He truly became ballet master extraordinaire, but the hard work paid off, by the end of the course this evening we could all run through the program from start to finish with quite convincing technique. We promised no nonsense tough Pilates and Barre program, no props, no gimmicks, we would only utilize our bodies the floor and the barre and I think we delivered what it said on the tin... I would like to thank you guys as a group for the fantastic participation and feedback it was, as always a pleasure  working with you.
