My passion is Transformation, in my 30plus years working in movement and physical rehabilitation – the biggest blessing I got everyday was when a client left my studio/clinic feeling more physically in tune, supple and in less pain.

I would feel fulfilled when clients returned to a more functional life, or regained a sports career they thought was gone.

People, their health, wellbeing and happiness and feeling well has always been my passion. I wanted my clients to be ‘bullet proof’ against the rigors of ageing

Through circumstances, my approach has had to change, that level of working with people physically is no longer open to me and throughout my own recovery
Through circumstances I no longer work in such a physically way with clients – instead I have developed a Mind/Body Blueprint – empowering people to be the very best in themselves via Nutrition, Mindset and Activity
Be healthy and fit by eating better, being active and moderate exercise

My approach is Primal – for a Fitter Over 50 Tribe – if one element of our life / health is out of alignment / kilter that there is a massive domino effect on the rest of our life

We just cannot ‘cherry pick’ the bits of our lifestyle / health we want to change – we must work with the entire Host – us!

The YourWellbing Primal Fitter over 50 Tribe plans are unique – it is a                ‘whole-listic’ approach to living your life, our focus is not just on food, it’s about health, work, family, social circle and spirit.

1.      Part one: learning the program as it relates to you and your needs,     kitchen purge, shopping lists
2.      Part two: is designed to provide ‘gut cleansing’ healing from the inside out, resetting your metabolism, reducing inflammation, shifting from sugar burning, balance hormones.
3.      Part three: building on the ‘gut cleanse’ eating the whole food way, that will help you boost energy, wellbeing, health, shed those unwanted pounds all without feeling deprived
4.      Part four: understanding activity vs fitness, how to get fit by doing less, how to improve positivity and self-esteem, strategies to cope with stress and have fun with life.
5.      Part five: health and happiness living this new wonderful lifestyle


How our Coaching works


1:1 Sessions onlineThe program will be based on your body, your goals, your preferences and your lifestyle. With weekly communication, you will have my undivided attention. I will work with you to find focus, identify your goals, track your progress, and stay motivated throughout the process. I will be your coach and accountability partner


 Small Group sessions [limited to 20 per course] online
30day coaching transformation will include email tips, 2 FB sessions per week, access to members area and access to a private FB coaching platform


Group Workshops [limited to 20 per course]While the process / principles will be the same as the online session our initial meeting is a 4 hour ‘Kick off’ Workshop – on site in a city centre venueOver the course of the workshop you will be introduced to the Your Wellbeing 3D approach. You will have help finding your inner motivation, focus, creating the right attitude and the right behaviours /actions for you.Your further 30day coaching transformation will include email tips, 2 FB sessions per week, access to members area and access to a private FB coaching platform

I hear it all the time ‘I want to be fitter’ when in fact what we really mean is we want to be slimmer/ look better.   Of course, we all want to look and feel better – but not at the expense of our ‘health’ -Health is so much more than a physical image or numbers on a scale. As Health Coach I believe ‘healthier’ is more than the sum of how slim we look or any number on a scale – being ‘healthier’ is three dimensional – 3D – it’s about eating nutritious foods, that allow your body and mind to thrive. It all starts with nutrition you just cannot train your body or ‘run’ out of bad or poor eating habits.
