Having trouble sleeping? Cut down on alcohol and sugar. Sugar may cause you to wake up craving more once it leaves your system and alcohol reduces REM sleep and might disrupt your sleep, particularly in the second half of the night.

Food Sensitivity - try Elimination

Over the years I have had my fair share of issues with intolerance to foods. My regular Thursday evening mate-date at the local Italian always ended in tears!!  Quite literally – my streaming eyes, runny nose and sneezing. I thought back to when I was competing internationally, my diet was very strict and looked very like an elimination process – in fact while being restricted I was the healthiest and most energized human possible.
