According to Shawn Achor, an expert in positive psychology and the founder of Good Think, Inc., one of the most positive things you can do when faced with worry or anxiety is to remember what you can affect and what you can’t.  Achor suggests an exercise he calls the Island Experiment to keep you from spending time feeling bad about things you can't change. He suggests you write out a list of stresses and put them into two circles or “islands.” One island holds the things you can control. The other holds the things you can’t. Ignore that second

Fit Tidbit: Research shows that people who exercise regularly have less incidence of insomnia and a higher quality of sleep. Researchers also found that for people who did suffer from insomnia, adding consistent daily exercise significantly reduced their sleepless nights (Sleep Medicine Reviews). Remember: Getting a good night's sleep renews your energy and helps your body repair damage.
