It seems since I wrote my short article on ‘Smoking is thenew Sitting’ more and more similar articles are popping up all over the place.
And all including mine are pointing to all the sound
research and evidence that is behind the statement.
You will know from these articles that hours of exercising
before or at the end of the day while keeping you fit and toned do not negate
the detrimental effects of hours of sitting.
Only moving through out your day will do that
