Break bread your body and soul will thank you

When was the last time you ‘broke bread’ with your family, friends, workmates, anyone??

Really ‘broke bread’. Laid the table, got the best china out!! Took time and cooked your food with love and sat around a table with people you really wanted to share with ……………

Food is about sharing, passion, love, laughter, humanity, honesty a connection between souls – when was the last time you connected

Today make a plan call someone, call friends, have them over, cook with love and connect, you will feel so much joy for it – it’s the ‘pitch and catch’ of life

“Feasting is the flame in mid-winter,that kindles the fire of friendship and strengthens the community”

Whether they are cultural gatherings, times of group worship, or even special dinners with friends, we all need moments where we come together and reaffirm the importance of our group.

The cheer that we feel is essential both to the collective and the individuals involved. The affirmation of the group should not be a sublimation of the individual but rather a framework for involvement. A good gathering requires participation the efforts of organization, work, and attendance and in turn gives back sustenance for body and soul, a sense of belonging and the accomplishment of something that could not be done by individuals alone

Pilates will free your body from  nervous tension and over-fatigue - your body will become the ideal shelter provided by nature for housing a well-balanced mind. Reason's to go GAGA for the Reformer Here's a great quiz question what does Lady Gaga and the London Irish rugby team have in common ? would you believe it they both practice Pilates on the Reformer!!! Lady Gaga on the Reformer -  article in the DailyMail Pilates is called the Pilates System because it is designed around 7 pieces of equipment – one of which is the Pilates Reformer – sometimes described as a Reformer bed, perhaps eluding to it’s origins as a 3ft single bed in an internment camp on the Isle of Man, where Joseph Pilates spent much of the 1 st WW and insisted that all the inmates perform daily movements utilizing their bed springs!  In my opinion the Reformer stands out on its own from the other pieces for its versatility While BODYFIRM [est 1998] have always had a fully equip studio [reformer, trap table, barrels etc] most people are more familiar with  Mat Pilates, however in the last few years more studios have opened in Dubl...
