My Healthy Breakfast



 Cacao and blueberry burst

This is my smooth creamy and delicious fast and filling breakfast. Will kill the cravings and keep me feeling full throughout the morning
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean protein*
  • 1 teaspoon. organic cacao powder**
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of wild frozen blueberries
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk / almond milk [as desired]
  • Top up with a little water
Add all to the blender, whiz and go!
Packed full o of vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein, antioxidants good fats and natural sweetness



 
-An added option could be a tbsp of Almond butter
*I used Raw Fusion plant based protein -Vegan approved – [BodyFirst Nutrition, Clontarf ]

What have you done today to make yourself happy, yes yourself – not anyone else! As I write I am gazing at the most wonderful bunch of roses, they are sitting on the table resplendent in all their glory and I am smiling as I made this gesture to myself  I purchased them for myself !
