Compassion- self love

In
today’s turbulent world it can be very difficult at times to hold on to
Compassion and Gratitude [for ourselves and for others] as so many
other emotions such as fear, anger, shock, despair and others keep
knocking on our doors.
However,
if we are to create a Conscious Turnaround in our physical / emotional
state we must become heart centred with compassion and gratitude for who
we are, what we have, for those we know and love and those we don’t!
For 5minutes today ‘Box Breathe’ – inhale for 4, pause for 4, exhale for 4, pause for 4 and repeat
Focus
on the flow of your breath as you visualize your heart full of love,
compassion and gratitude for yourself, your family, your friends, your
clients and the Universe
